Lets lose weight & get fit. Go Active Boot Camp Pretoria is an Outdoor Fitness training program for men & woman based in Pretoria. The Go Active Boot Camp in Pretoria is designed for anyone who wants to get fit and into shape or who wants a body make-over, while having great fun doing so in a group environment.


The classes are designed for beginners to advanced and everyone will train according to their own fitness levels. So not to worry if you haven’t done any training in a long time. We will take it easy!


The 30min classes are for beginners and for those who do not have time(beginner to advanced) to do a full 1 hour class. With the beginners we will start off slowly the first week and build you up to a good solid fitness level. The intermediate 30min people we will push so that you still get a excellent workout in 30min.

But again, whether you are at a beginners or an advanced fitness level, Big Al’s Boot Camp is for you. The classes are designed in such a way that people from different fitness levels get the maximum out of their workout.

When you feel that you are getting fitter and stronger you can join the 1 hour classes.

Most of the workout routines are time based, meaning you need to complete as many reps as possible of a certain exercise in a given timeframe. View our FB page for our latest videos and updates


For a safe, scientific and seriously fun way to get into shape, make sure you book your spot at the Boot Camp. These heart-pumping sweat sessions include outdoor circuit training, high-intensity workouts and, of course, dumbbells, elastics, medicine balls, body weight exercises and much more. All you have to do is sign up and pick your boot camp location. if you’re looking to train and participate in one of those big runs (think Comrades or Two Oceans), Ali also offers a running club and coaching to get you ready for the big race.
